Personal Fitness Consultations (PFC’s) at World Health

World Health members receive two complimentary PFC’s with membership. Whether your goal is to lose weight, rehabilitate an injury, improve athletic performance, or just feel good and enjoy the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle, we can help.

We’ll take you through the process of goal setting, overcoming obstacles, injury evaluation and nutrition analysis. When you complete your PFC‘s, you will have an individualized fitness program designed to achieve your fitness goals.

If you’re not yet a member, please fill out the form and one of our fitness consultants will set up an appointment with you to review your goals and go through our membership and personal training options.
