I approached my personal trainer Jeremy because I wanted a mentor to help me achieve my personal fitness goals. He helped me in many different ways. To start off, he helped me strengthen my lower back, which was strained due to a previous injury. He has also helped me with many little things, such as proper form and control of my movements.
The most important thing that Jeremy has helped me with is gaining confidence in myself. When I started the program, I lacked the confidence I needed to push myself to where I wanted to be. Jeremy helped me realize that I truly can accomplish anything that I set my mind to do. He has helped me change the way that I look at and perceive myself.
