“Chipper”                           

  • (Buy in)100m partner sled push (weight to be determined)
  • 50 devil’s press 50/35 – Scaled 35/20
  • 40 pull-ups – scaled inverted row
  • 30 Handstand Push-up – scaled hand release push-ups from toes/knees
  • 20 sandbag clean 150/100 – scaled 100/80 or 60
  • 10 bar muscle upscaled chest to bar pull-ups
  • (Cash out)100m partner sled push
  • *split the reps however the team wants

“10’s”

For time:

  • 200 wall balls 20/14 – scaled 14/10
  • 150 toes to bar – scaled hanging knee raises or abmat sit-ups
  • 100 box jump over 30/24 – scaled box jump 24/20
  • *10 reps every person before a switch

“The Lung Burner”

  • 2 rounds
  • 15 cal row

  • *1 person does a full round before the other gets to go, both need to do 2 rounds
