What Is ViPR?

ViPR stands for Vitality, Performance and Re-conditioning.

ViPR Group Fitness is a full-body strength training and cardio workout designed around three planes of movement to train the whole body at once and burn maximum calories. This class uses the natural movement patterns of life and adds the weighted resistance of the ViPR to create a functionally strong and lean body.

You’ll move from your nose to your toes while driving from the hips, keeping your spine long and reaching with your scapula. Your muscles will experience the strength training benefits of a traditional barbell/dumbbell class mixed with the body-lengthening feeling of yoga.

With the option of 9,000 different exercises, ViPR Group Fitness will make you Movement Strong. It is a versatile tool that is adaptable for beginner up to elite fitness levels since movements can start small and progress to the full expression once you are ready. Get fit for life with ViPR.

ViPR 3D is a traditional music-based fitness class. The whole class is working together in unison and transitions between movements smoothly with an instructor.

ViPR Athletic is for more athletic populations. It is not synchronized to music, but instead focuses on timed intervals in a circuit format where participants push themselves to their own limit and control their own pace.
