What is Run Club?
Lace up and join Run Club! Run Club is taking the social aspect of Group Exercise to the pavement. You’ll meet people with a similar passion for exercise and running, and get the added bonus of accountability and motivation that Group Exercise offers.
You don’t have to get fast before you join. The instructor will set the pace and make sure no one is left behind. Faster members are welcome to use the provided route map and take off at their own speed.
Our members run to control stress, keep fit, lose weight, or just as a way to socialize. No matter your reason, we’ll see you at Run Club! Run Club is available at select locations. Meet at the front desk prior to the start of the class.
No purchase necessary. All members welcome.
Enjoy a 60-minute run workout including a warm up and cool down.
We cover distances between 5–8km with directions provided.
Run Club is open to all paces and abilities. You will never be left behind.
