Met X – short for Metabolic Exercise – is an accelerated 30-minute workout that incorporates compound body weight exercises with minimal rest to blast calories and increase burn long after you’ve left the studio. Some studies show it increases metabolic rate (how many calories your body burns at rest) for up to 48 hours – that’s hundreds of extra calories. Great ready to sweat and get your heart pumping, as metabolic training is high intensity exercise that makes you breathless.
