What Is LIFT?
LIFT takes your fitness to new heights. This barbell/dumbbell class focuses on full-body, functional, multi-joint movements that will increase mobility, strength, power and endurance. Through one-on-one coaching from the instructor, participants focus on how to improve common imbalances and movement patterns with special attention placed on mobility drills in conjunction with stretching.
